Job Summary:
The Human Services Project Manager and GIS Analyst is responsible for the overall
planning, coördination, implementation, execution, completion and evaluation of
specific projects, on-time and within budget.
This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and
third-party contractors or consultants.
The Project Manager and GIS Analyst works closely with Business and Compliance
Officer, Director of Program Operations, Executive Directors, Directors of programs and
all project stakeholders.
Requirements:
University degree or college diploma, Masters in business or human services preferred.
Certification in project management. 3 years direct work experience in project
management capacity, or project design and implementation. Strong familiarity with
project management software, including Microsoft Project and Basecamp.
Database and operating systems experience. Technically competent with various
software programs, such as Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work collaboratively
with diverse groups, maintain confidentiality and think strategically. Ability to conform
to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving
capabilities. Flexibility during times of change. Strong written and oral communication
skills. Adept at conducting research into project-related issues
