Thousands March In New York & D.C. Against Police Brutality

Countless people of all races took to the streets in New York and Washington, D.C., to protest police brutality today.

While they were walking under two different banners in two different cities protestors for both demonstrations had a very clear message: the American people will no longer tolerate excessive force being used against people in the Black community.

#MillionsMarchNYC protesters be could heard shouting ?Hands up! Don?t shoot!? and ?Justice Now!? as they made their way from Washington Square uptown to Herald Square and back this afternoon. According to Urban Cusp, people could be heard chanting Eric Garner! Michael Brown! Shut it down! Shut it down!?
