Twista Calls Little League Racist For Taking Jackie Robinson West’s Title

Chicago’s Jackie Robinson West, a Little League baseball team that won the U.S. championship, had its historic title stripped due to a rule violation, according to ESPN.

An investigation found that Jackie Robinson West assembled what the publication called “a super team” by using a falsified boundary map. Stephen D. Keener, the president and CEO of Little League International, addressed the matter by saying he had no choice.

“Quite honestly, we had to do this,” Keener told ESPN on Wednesday. “We had to maintain the integrity of the Little League program… As painful as this is, it’s a necessary outcome from what we finally have been able to confirm.”

Keener went on to say he felt “horribly” for the children impacted by the decision and that he placed no blame on the kids. So, we’ve heard what Keener had to say. What about Chi Town’s Twista?…
