Guess Who Owes a LOT of Money to their Baby Mama? @TheRealYungBerg

Hey Y’all!

It’s Your Gyrl, Ms. Carmen aka Platinum Voice PR bringing some celebrity news to you!

Oh snap…this ain’t gonna end well. Yung Berg is seemingly doing the damn thing. He’s on Love and Hip-Hop Los Angeles. He’s writing and whatnot and has a new lease on rap life. The crazy this is…the boy got a kid.

It looks like Berg is in arrears on his child support to the tune of $86,000+! You can’t be walking about the free world and you owe your child all that money! I know there’s two sides to the story, so many!  He’s been putting a few bucks here and there and it hasn’t been credited to his debt! I hope he saved those receipts!

Anyway, while this bubbles, the boy Berg is all on the internet looking crazy!

I must say that I was very impressed with this young man. Please take the time to read this and I’m sure you’ll be impressed as well.

Success has been written and etched in stone, when your birth name is Dollar. Achieving aspirations and goals are DJ Dollar’s focus and settling for less is not an option for this West African native.  Dollar  Agbemadon, better known as DJ Dollar was born in Accra, Ghana on September 23, 1992 to Joseph and Monique Agbemadon. Dollar, the youngest of three siblings, has spent most of his time in schools in Ghana; Crown Prince Academy, Morning Star school and Lincoln Community School.  Currently, he is attending West Virginia University majoring Business administration with a minor in PR and French.

Throughout the years, DJ Dollar has devoted a significant amount of time and energy to music. Devoting a significant amount of time and energy to music in his teens and his love for the art of DJing gave him a strong positive affirmation to pursue this as a full-time business. In 2005, DJ Dollar was given the opportunity to turn his admiration into reality at a college party in Brittany, France. “By simply performing a baby scratch several times on the record, I felt a strong positive feeling that run through my body” says DJ Dollar.

In 2008, completing school was a high priority, so Dollar had to focus on his education. Promoters began to hire him for high school dances, picnics and talent shows in 2010. This was a confirmation that DJ Dollar has a career awaiting him.  “Its a business, my main goal is to keep dj’ing, grow my brand and reputation; but on the business side of things, I have the dream of opening a high-class lounge in West Africa”.

In 2011, after graduating high school, he wasn’t able to start college due to a series of family misfortunes. However, this didn’t discourage him, it encouraged him to press forward. DJ Dollar contacted his mentor from Ghana, DJ Peekay, and began interning as a junior DJ, to see how to control the crowd with music.  DJ Peekay extended an invitation to his home to teach Dollar the basic method of beat matching.  “It was the only instructional session he has ever given me to date. He speaks in parables every single time; let’s me explore on my own, like how he learnt on his own and he has made it to the top” says Dollar. With limited funds, he bought a Numark Mixdeck Pro 1st Generation and dj’d his first party at his former high school. Gigs didn’t stop for Dollar, although he couldn’t afford a laptop or a Serato box. One of my main goals is “making music a universal language” “If someone like @djnabsinlab who has made it still stays up late to PRACTICE then I’ll never stop practicing.”

Late December of 2011, Dollar started his first semester at West Virginia University and immediately made friends throughout the campus. During this time, he faced a major loss in the family, his brother suddenly passed on, Dollar wanted to make his brother proud because he was a big supporter.   His first event was the “2012 Africa night”; then followed by a graduation party in May for a Ghanaian, who just graduated from the university. His sister, who is a big supporter, helped him purchase his first console, a Numark NS7, which had Serato itch built-in.  At this time, his career started picking up, gaining gigs from private events in the summer to university events – in the late fall.

With his popularity increasing daily, he began working with locals, DJ Fiesto and DJ Monstalung, at hip hop showcases, tailgate parties and a bar named “Chic n Bones.. In Spring of 2013, Dollar became the university’s DJ and started branching out into weddings, more corporate events and building a team.  “Two of my main mentors, who have always been with me in Morgantown, DJ Arthur King (CEO of MYRADIO NETWORK and Power 909 FM) and DJ Monstalung (CEO of PartyMonstas)”. DJ Arthur King gave him a slot on his radio station and guided him on how to be a “Radio DJ”. DJ Monstalung made him a key person in the Morgantown hip hop scene.

Hosting parties became fairly interesting and Dollar knew that this could catapult his career into another stratosphere. Hosting a party with DJ JAM MASTER J’SON, the son of the legendary RUN DMC DJ, Jam Master Jay was the most memorable experience of a lifetime.  The hosting didn’t stop after that, in Fall of 2013, he hosted a Pusha T after party when he came to WVU.  “I had the great pleasure of opening up for the “World Famous G-Unit DJ,  DJ Whoo Kid. I couldn’t believe he was standing next to me.  I have listened to him since I was 13!” Another mentor, “Core DJ”, DJ Schemes, an alumnus of WVU,  when he came for the homecoming weekend,  he advised him on several things. After DJ Schemes’ advice, “I kept hitting the road and ended up doing shows in Cincinnati too. I have fans that love me out there!” says Dollar.

DJ Dollar knows that he has to travel outside of his limits, to effectively network with other DJs. Recently, he traveled to Miami, Florida for his first “Core DJs” retreat, where he met the world-renowned DJ Scratch,  the 1988 New Music Seminar Battle For World Supremacy DJ Champion, 3 Time Grammy-Nominated Multi-Platinum Producer, The 2010 “Master Of The Mix” Winner & The 2012 & 2013 Global Spin Awards Turntablist Of The Year.

Candidly speaking,  “I’m an aspiring Core DJ. Core DJs opened my eyes to the world of music business and made me realize that djing these days is more than just an art. I’m an entrepreneur studying business administration in college and a good DJ”.

@Mase Fight With Charlamagne At Revolt Conference In Miami!

Hey Y’all!

It’s Your Gyrl, Ms. Carmen aka Platinum Voice PR bringing some celebrity news to you! Revolt TV held their first conference in Miami and guess who showed their character?  Apparently, Mase and Charlamagne exchanged words about a recent interview that Charlamagne had done with VLAD TV at a Miami restaurant.

We all know that Charlamagne Tha God is known for speaking his mind, and previously called Ma$e a hypocrite for retiring from rap to become a minister alone to return years later.

Apparently, Ma$e didn’t like that and confronted him during the recent REVOLT Music Conference… and got into a heated exchange.

Word is Ma$e actually pushed Charlamagne, prompting security to step in and diffuse the situation before it escalated. After, the pair is rumored to have talked out their differences.

Despite reports, Charlamagne later tweeted about the incident, saying Ma$e did not push him… and invited him to The Breakfast Club to discuss the fiasco.

“FYI no rapper turned pastor turned rapper again pushed me. He did run up and he got pushed and then we prayed together,” he tweeted. “What we going to do is Mase going to come on the Breakfast Club if he’s not afraid too and we can discuss all this then. He got the invite.”

VIICREE PLAIN BLACK

Chris Marshall, better known as his stage name 7Cree is a young, black, ambitious upcoming, unsigned rapper from Chicago, IL. Raised on the Eastside in one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in Chicago, the Jeffery Manor, a young 7Cree was introduced to violence, death, and poverty at an early age. At 12, 7Cree lost his young cousin Donesha Harris to gun violence in Chicago. Her death was one of the hardest trials for him and his family; she was young 22 years old and was the mother of 7Cree’s 1 year old nephew.

However, Cree learned to take the negative energy he saw and felt and transform it into poetry at the age of 13 also, he started performing at local talent shows and just entertaining friends and family became an emotional release for the young artist.

7Cree pro 2

After recording his first 3 songs in a house studio on the east-side of Chicago, Cree discovered his talent with taking poetry, his problems, and experiences and turning them into original rap songs. At 16, 7Cree at the time known as, Millie Styles became a locally known young lyricist in the underground Chicago rap scene. Early 2007 a curious 7Cree wanting to learn everything about studios and recording music took production classes and music theory classes to increase his knowledge of music. 7Cree continued to study the industry, other artist, and how to write songs. He quickly put together a group of artist of close friends and started to create mix tapes and record videos. The music was distributed to local high schools and community colleges. Soon 7Cree was performing shows with a crowd that knew or heard of him. Financial problems had soon struck 7Cree and his family. His mother struggled to raise him and his 3 brothers by herself. When things got real bad for him and his family 7Cree made a wrong turn to the streets for help. He quickly found out that the streets was no place for a young talented and gifted man, and found other ways using his talent to provide and assist his family. He started to make beats and compose a lot of production work. 7Cree stood outside of shows and events selling his music and trying to get more fans. With his new-found hustle he discovered that no matter what, music would always be one thing he would never give up on.

7cree 2

Becoming a bigger artist was no longer just a dream to Cree but a mission, his destiny. 7Cree has performed for high school pep rallies, club events, local parties in Chicago, talents shows, and local underground rap shows. He was rewarded by SAE College in a production contest where producers battled each other by making beats in 2 minutes. 7Cree only continued studying the industry and writing songs. He now is at a point of no return. He is now working towards completing his goals and dreams. Currently he is working on projects with different producers from Chicago and the UK including D Brooks, Aye-KO, and Relta of the UK, ChaseNDough, and more. He released a mix tape of 17 songs early 2014 titled “Nothin Major” which got 7Cree a lot of exposure and attention. All the new songs he’s been writing and recording are straight from his poetry book and experiences. He says that the songs he plans to release in the future will be the type of music that will keep him alive forever. 7Cree is one artist that will give birth to a new element of music out of Chicago. Be on the look out for more music and videos from this powerful developing artist.
